Business and Strategy Planning
If you want to grow, increase turnover, cashflow, and profit, then you need a plan of what to do and ‘how’ to do it. One of our strengths is our unique Business and Strategy Planning process. This is our step by step system and road map of not only ‘what’ to do but the important element of ‘how’ to do it to get the results you want to achieve in the next 12 months. This is exciting, it’s your chance to decide what you want for your business and then we help you to make it happen!
Marketing:
It’s sometimes hard to know what to do, what areas to focus on, what to spend money on, how much you should expect in return, and what strategies work the best. We take a holistic view of your business, and because we have a clear understanding after completing the business and strategy planning, we can now be clear on what marketing will drive you the best results. We help you to develop a clear marketing tactics plan, and make the process easier, more streamlined, and you don’t need to spend a lot of money to get new clients and increase sales!
Sales:
If it is one thing that can bring in sales quickly – it is getting better at converting leads into sales. That is a bit of sales speak, but it is really about how to turn an enquiry into a new client, and feel good and confident about it at the same time. Fiona is passionate about teaching Kiwi’s how to sell, and do it the ‘BreakThrough’ way. There is no hard sales approach or harsh script to use – our clients don’t need to do that. We have developed our own sales system which helps customers buy, positions you as the expert, and sets up a great positive business relationship that you both enjoy.
Systems:
If you want to scale and grow – you need systems first. If you are busy, racing through the day and struggling to keep up with the business – you need systems. We help you to firstly, successfully manage the business you currently have, streamline your processes and get faster and more efficient at what you do. We then help you to introduce any systems you need to prepare the business for growth, so you can handle the increase in clients and workload. It is about saving you time, getting things done, and creating a successful business and having a ‘life’ aswell.
We have options of either the Business and Strategy Planning process as a stand alone service, or the popular Premium Coaching and Consulting.
This is structured fortnightly sessions for a 6 month programme that is completely tailored and customised to what your business needs. We are focused on results, but also simplifying your business, not over complicating it. You won’t be given a huge long list of things to do. My job is it to make it easier for you not harder! And it’s fun and exciting as your business grows. We work with clients all over NZ, and Australia, and use skype or zoom when working remotely. So no matter where in the world you are – we can help!
